FLEET BRANDING

Fleet Branding

Turn every vehicle into a visible touchpoint for your brand.

PAPERBOAT delivers branding and wraps for cars, vans, commercial vehicles and fleets, from simple lettering and partial wraps to extensive graphics and coordinated multi-vehicle implementation.

What does Fleet Branding mean at PAPERBOAT?

Fleet Branding turns company vehicles into a coherent and recognisable communication medium. PAPERBOAT can manage one vehicle or an entire fleet, adapting adhesive graphics to the surfaces and dimensions of every model.

From discreet logos and contact details on doors to extensive graphics, the objective is to keep the visual identity legible and correct on every vehicle. The project can integrate advertising production and adhesive graphics and support Outdoor / OOH campaigns.

What Fleet Branding services can we deliver?

Branding adapted to every type of vehicle.

Car wraps

Can company cars be branded without fully covering the bodywork?

Yes. Branding can be discreet or highly visible and may include the logo, brand messages, contact details, URL and graphics applied to doors, wings, bonnet or other relevant areas.

Vans and commercial vehicles

Large surfaces provide more communication space. PAPERBOAT can manage branding for vans, distribution vehicles, box vans and service or delivery fleets, with graphics adapted around doors, handles, joints and available surfaces.

Full Wrap

What is a full wrap?

A full wrap uses graphic film to cover most or almost all available surfaces. The artwork must be carefully adapted to the vehicle geometry and construction details.

Partial Wrap

When does a partial wrap make sense?

A partial wrap uses selected surfaces and can combine the original vehicle colour with printed film, logo, messages and contact details. It is a flexible solution for fleets and commercial vehicles.

One identity, across every vehicle.

A fleet may include different models and sizes, and the same artwork cannot simply be resized. We adapt the visual so the logo remains legible, proportions stay correct, messages remain visible and the overall look is coherent.

Visibility that moves with your business.

Company vehicles are already on the street, at clients, in traffic and at delivery points. Coherent branding can turn them into a constant visual expression of the company identity.

From artwork to finished vehicle.

What vehicles can PAPERBOAT brand?

Projects can cover passenger cars, vans, commercial vehicles and fleets, depending on model and surface.

What is the difference between full and partial wrap?

A full wrap covers most of the vehicle, while a partial wrap uses selected areas and may integrate the original paint into the design.

Can different vehicle models share one fleet identity?

Yes. The graphics can be adapted to each model while keeping the fleet visually consistent.

Do we need to have the artwork ready?

Existing concepts or artwork can be checked for production. Any required technical adaptations are established before production begins.

Do you also apply the film?

Yes. The quote can include both production of the graphics and application to the vehicle, depending on the project.

Can you apply only the logo and contact details, without a full wrap?

Yes. Fleet Branding does not have to mean a full wrap. Simpler lettering or partial-branding solutions can also be produced.

How do I receive a fleet-branding quote?

Send the vehicle make and model, quantity, required branding type, location and deadline. Existing artwork or vehicle photographs can be included in the request.

Make your fleet recognisable.

From one van to a fleet with several vehicle types, PAPERBOAT can coordinate production and implementation within one coherent visual system.
